Happy December! Happy Advent! Happy Apple Replay Month!

I have another recipe to tell you about, and though I’ve been making it for years, I took a long hiatus from this meal and only recently brought it back. It has quickly become another of Cash’s Top Five Favorite Meals.

I decided to post some new recipes for meals that our family has been enjoying in recent months. I also want to clean up some earlier recipe posts and tag them all properly so that anyone (meaning Mimi) who wants an idea for what to make for dinner can easily see what I like to make.

There’s a Mexican Quinoa recipe I used to make for a number of years but my family grew tired and more tired of it as the years went by. So I gave it up a while back.

A friend shared this recipe with me a few years ago, right after we first moved to Greenville, when TJ and I did Whole 30. I remember that we liked it, but for some reason it didn't stay in our meal rotation. Recently, though, I brought it back and now I’ve made the recipe twice in the last two weeks. Based on the rave reviews from all family members, it is here to stay. I did not expect my kids to enjoy it as much as they do, but it makes me thankful. 

These Fish Taco Bowls are a new family favorite. At first, I tried buying plain fish and seasoning it myself. Unfortunately, I picked a recipe that was too spicy, and no one was having that. But once we tried the preseasoned packets of fish at Costco, I knew we were on to something sustainable.
